摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve effective utilization of energy and reduction of energy cost by adjusting imbalance between power generating capacity as well as a hot-water production volume of a co-generation device and a power consumption volume as well as a hot-water volume consumed of load equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The co-generation device 1 and the load equipment 3 are connected by a communications network 5 to exchange information concerning supply and demand of power and hot water. The load equipment sends its identity number, an intention to start operating, the consumption power, and the hot-water volume consumed to the co-generation device. The co-generation device decides on admission or standby of the operation of the load equipment to be sent to the load equipment according to the received information, a power generated at present, hot-water temperature, and information whether a hot water tank is filled or not.
