<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an output signal from which unnecessary noise is surely removed by judging an input signal by using a judgment counter. <P>SOLUTION: This input signal detection method of this invention obtains the output signal (2) without performing erroneous detection by judging the input signal as "on" when a count value is larger than an on judgment value and judging the input signal as "off" when the count value is equal to or less than a off judgment value by using a counter for judgment for judging the input signal (1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
