PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program unified management system between a plurality of servers for effectively preventing the discrepancy of the version of a program source or the breakdown of the source in application development, and for realizing the dispersion of traffic loads at the time of repository retrieval in large scaled application development. SOLUTION: This program management system for performing the unified management of a program source in application development is provided with a specific server (10) equipped with a repository master (11) being a directory to store the latest program source, the other servers (20, 30) equipped with directory mirrors (21, 31) being directories to perform the mirroring of the repository master, a developer terminal (60) to which only authority to extract the program source corresponding to the directory mirrors of the other servers is given and a manager terminal (70) to which the authority to update the repository master of the specific server is given.
