<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of a worker by improving workability when installing stairs. <P>SOLUTION: An installing auxiliary tool 8 is arranged in a required position of a skeleton 2, and an upper end part 6 of an open string 4 can be engaged with the installing auxiliary tool.
