The present invention relates to a method and a system pertaining to the production and presentation of a golf tournament via TV, interactive-TV or the Internet. With the aid of a portable indicator (1) which a includes a position finding device, a display for showing a map of a golf course, and an infeed device for inputting further game information into the indicator, the information fed into the indicator (1) can be transferred into a computer unit (11) adapted for conversion of the information transferred from the indicator to graphic pictures (15) intended for TV-presentation. A golf course disposed camera (18) for recording camera pictures (17) is connected to a picture linking device (16). The picture linking device (16) is also connected to the computer unit (11). Also included is a selector (20) by means of which at least one camera picture (17) and at least one graphic picture (15) can be chosen for integration to form a TV-picture (19) for transmission. |
