The device enables a user to push and to control a pushchair via control arms (13,14) fastened to the body of the user. The user secures the device at hip height by a hip and pelvic strap. The respective control arm is mounted on the hip strap on the left and right of the user with movability in a horizontal axis. The vehicle-side ends of the control arms are fastened to the handle of the pushchair by a clamping system. The control arms are equipped with shock-absorbing and spring systems.
