PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information exchange system capable of allowing a message exchange source to exchange various information items with its desired exchange destination (responder) in response to an exchange purpose and exchange contents of the message exchange source (visitor). SOLUTION: The information exchange system wherein the message exchange source can exchange various information items with its desired exchange destination (e.g., a department manager P2 and a sales employee P3) in response to the exchange purpose and exchange contents of the message exchange source (visitor P1) is provided with: an exchange source terminal 2 capable of entering the exchange purpose and exchange contents; exchange destination terminals (e.g., 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4f and 4g) capable of exchanging various information items with the exchange source terminal; and an exchange control means 6 for setting the desired exchange destination on the basis of the exchange purpose and exchange contents entered the exchange source terminal and controlling the exchange of the various input terminal items between the exchange source terminal and the exchange destination terminal being the set exchange destination.
