PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely protect a mount gum from flying gravel in running of a vehicle, by considering arrangement of the mount gum supporting especially an exhaust pipe, and to prevent adverse effect, that is, damage or the like. SOLUTION: A sub frame extending in a vehicle width direction is disposed to a lower part of an engine room. A steering gear box is fixed on the sub frame through a mounting bracket. The exhaust pipe extending in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle is disposed above the sub frame. The mount gum supporting the exhaust pipe is positioned behind the mounting bracket.
