<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing management system for managing dispensing cash from a cash-dispensing device such as an ATM in the case that a plurality of cash-withdrawal cards, by which cash can be withdrawn, are issued to one deposit account, the system taking safety to the unauthorized use of the cards by using an personal identification number illegally obtained or the like into consideration. <P>SOLUTION: The dispensing management system 10 includes an account file 12 in which records are provided in units of accounts and a card management file 13 in which the records are provided in units of cards.
