PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-supported over sliding door which is for use as a gate of a garage. SOLUTION: The over-sliding door is formed of right and left supports 3, 3, an upper frame 4, a door panel 5, an upper connector 6 connecting an upper edge of the door panel 5 to the upper frame 4 in parallel with each other, and lower connectors 7 fixed to lower right and left edges of the door panel 5, respectively. The lower connectors 7 engage with guide portions 31 arranged on the right and left supports 3, 3 to slidably connect lower portions of the door panel 5 to the right and left supports 3, 3 in the vertical direction. The upper connector 6 includes an almost L-shaped right arm 61, an almost L-shaped left arm 63, an almost L-shaped intermediate arm 62, and a torsion preventive member 64. Herein the almost L-shaped right arm 61 has its bent portion 613 protrude leftward, the almost L-shaped left arm 63 its bent portion 633 protrude rightward, and the almost L-shaped intermediate arm 62 its bent portion 623 protrude either rightward or leftward, respectively. Further the torsion preventive member 64 connect the bent portions 613, 623 of the two adjacent almost L-shaped arms 61, 62 together, and the upper frame 4 functions to house therein the folded upper connector 6.
