PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling distribution of a powder capable of dispensing and packing a medicine handled as a small-sized package in a short time under a reasonable condition in accordance with a prescription. SOLUTION: If one kind or two kinds of the powders are portion packaged, the same kind or different kinds of the powders are each prepared in a first feeder 4a and a second feeder 4b, after the powder is fed to the first feeder 4a onto a powder dispensing turning table 2, the powder is fed from the second feeder 4b onto the table 2 to portion package, and if the two kinds of the powders are portion packaged as a mixed medicine, the different kinds of the powders are each prepared in the first feeder 4a and the second feeder 4b, the powders are simultaneously fed from the first feeder 4a and the second feeder4b onto the table 2 to portion package the powders.
