PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a high power conversion efficiency as a complex resonance converter comprising a synchronous rectification circuit while reducing the circuit scale and the cost through simplification of circuitry. SOLUTION: A complex resonance converter is provided, on the secondary thereof, with a winding voltage detection system synchronous rectification circuit. Inductors Lo1 and Lo2 are inserted into the synchronous rectification circuit and secondary windings N2A and N2B are connected in parallel thus combining a double current rectification circuit. A gap length of a power insulation transformer PIT is set at 0 mm, but a coupling factor as a power insulation transformer PIT is lowered to about 0.8 by inserting the inductors Lo1 and Lo2 and the numbers of turns of the primary winding N1 and secondary windings N2A and N2B are set such that the induction voltage level per one turn (T) of the secondary winding becomes 2V/T. Since flux density in the core of the power insulation transformer PIT becomes lower than a specified level, secondary rectification current is kept in continuous mode even under heavy load conditions.
