PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device capable of reducing horizontal vibration generated at a building, having a leaf spring configuration capable of adjusting characteristic frequencies of vibration systems in the whole horizontal directions, and facilitating adjusting work from a lower part of the vibration control device. SOLUTION: Plate spring portions 41, 42 consisting of roughly horizontal two plate springs 41a, 41a, and 42a, 42a are disposed so as to correspond to two orthogonal directions of horizontal direction. Each top end portion of the plate spring portions 41, 42 is connected to a mass member 3, and each lower end portion of the plate spring portions 41, 42 is engaged with a frame 1 through slide members 46, 47 sandwiched between the two plate springs. The slide members 46, 47 include lower portions 46b, 47b projecting lower than the frame 1, and screw portions provided on each surface of the lower portions 46b, 47b are screwed to screw portions of through-holes 48a in a slide supporting portion 48 fixed to the frame 1.
