PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influences of dimensional accuracy on each of parts when mounting a bent round pipe at both ends on another member with simple construction. SOLUTION: A pipe stay 110 as a member for mounting the bent round pipe 60 comprises a member in approximately U-shaped cross section consisting of a pair of flat flanges 111, 111 for slidably sandwiching an outer face 63 of the round pipe and a connection part 112 for connecting the flanges to each other. In the pair of flanges, oblong holes 113, 113 having edges 113a, 113a which can be soldered to the outer face of the round pipe after the pipe stay is positioned on the round pipe in the radial direction of the pipe are formed almost parallel to a longitudinal center line Lp of the round pipe.
