PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for compensating dispersion of a measured value generated by the difference of an operation condition, when measuring a voltage by using a voltage-controlled oscillator. SOLUTION: In this calibration method of the voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) 101, a plurality of known voltages are applied to the input part of the VCO, and output counting of the VCO is monitored relative to each voltage as long as a prescribed time, and the output counting relative to each voltage is stored. This system for calibrating the voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) equipped with the plurality of known voltages is also disclosed. A known voltage is connected to the VCO, and a controller 105 is connected to the output part of the VCO, and a calibration table for showing the VCO output counting relative to a prescribed input voltage is managed by the controller 105.
