PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the accuracy of the balance of rotation around a winding rotating shaft member 2 and reduce production cost by rather simplifying structure and reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: This sheet winding shaft device comprises an annular male guide body 28 fitted gas-tight onto the winding rotating shaft member 2, an annular female piston body 30 fitted gas-tight onto the annular male guide body 28 and slidingly displaceable in the direction of the centerline x of the winding rotating shaft member 2, and an energizing means 33 for energizing the annular female piston body 30 in a specified direction.
