PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve for a stabilizer which controls the communication of the fluid between a plurality of cylinders connecting to the stabilizer such that the communication of the fluid between the plurality of cylinders is smoothly made possible and impossible with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The control valve is equipped with a front oil chamber 32a communicating to a front cylinder 13 and a rear oil chamber 32b communicating to a rear cylinder 14 through a communicating passage 40a. The device is equipped with a cylinder side oil chamber 32 communicating to an accumulator 24 through a solenoid valve 49, an accumulator side oil chamber 33 communicating to the accumulator 24, a piston 34 movable by the fluid pressure difference between the cylinder side oil chamber 32 and the accumulator side oil chamber 33, a ball 35 which is seated on a tapered part 40b when the piston 34 is moved based on the fluid pressure difference while the movement toward the direction to be seated on the tapered part 40b which is disposed in the front oil chamber 32a and formed on the communicating passage 40a is regulated by abutting to the piston 34, and a ball spring 36 energizing the ball 35 to the direction seating on the tapered part 40b.
