<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency inverter which prevents an output drop or an operation fault of a load from occurring due to a large distortion generating in an output voltage waveform when an on duty becomes a predetermined value or less or a dead time ratio becomes a predetermined value or more. <P>SOLUTION: The high-frequency inverter HF1 includes an inverter main circuit INV including a pair of switching elements Q1, Q2 alternately switching via a dead time, a chopper circuit BUC including both or either one of the pair of switching elements Q1, Q2, an inductor L1 and a feedback circuit FBC, a control means CC for controlling an on duty or a dead time in the pair of switching elements Q1, Q2, and a limiter LM for limiting so that the on duty in the switching of the pair of switching elements Q1, Q2 does not become a predetermined value or less or a dead time ratio may not become a predetermined value or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
