PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing dried granules of a dispersible polymer, especially, producing dried polymer granules, to provide a composition applicable to an environment in which the composition is used, and to provide the dried polymer granules having availability in producing a blended material. SOLUTION: This method comprises coagulating one, two or more kinds of emulsion polymers by using one, two or more kinds of cationic surfactants including one, two or more kinds of other coagulating agents to form coagulated slurry, then filtering the coagulated slurry, and further drying the coagulated slurry, so that the dried polymer granules, particles, and a powder having increased minimum ignition energy, decreased or unchanged maximum explosion pressure, and decreased explosion strength (Kst) coupled with a decreased dusting level are produced.
