<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna coil for IC tag and manufacturing method thereof in which change of circuit pattern is easy, which is cheap and can cope with high-mix low-volume quantity production. <P>SOLUTION: This antenna coil is provided with a resin sheet 1 that can be plated, a resin film 2 that cannot be plated having opening windows according to circuit patterns 9 and 10 formed on the surface of the resin sheet 1, and the circuit patterns 9 and 10 which are plated 5 to the resin sheet 1 through the windows. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
