PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make liquid droplets minute, to stabilize discharging, to lower a discharging application voltage, to improve an impact precision, and to stabilize the shape of an impact dot. SOLUTION: In a liquid discharging method, liquid droplets of a charged solution are discharged to a base material with the use of a liquid discharging device 10 equipped with a liquid discharging head 56 and a discharging voltage impressing means 35. The liquid discharging head 56 has a nozzle 51 of an internal diameter at a leading end of not larger than 25 [μm] for discharging the liquid droplets from the leading end. The discharging voltage impressing means 35 impresses a discharging voltage to the solution in the nozzle 51. The solution to be discharged adopts the composition that particles of a particle diameter over three times of an average particle size are not more than 30% to the number of particles among all particles.
