Arrangement for moving two parts relative to each other comprises: a first moving part (19) and a second fixed part (23, 24); at least an electrically controllable shape memory metal (32) to which a current is supplied to cause a temperature change and thus a change in shape and; a current source (17) for providing the heating current. The band or wire-shaped memory metal is mounted with one end fixed and with the other end attached to a rotating element (18) that is directly or indirectly coupled to the first moving part. Thus a change in shape of the memory metal causes the first part to move.
