<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a reservation, confirm attendance, and register a schedule by the transmission/reception of conferencing notification mail. <P>SOLUTION: A conference organizer terminal 10 transmits conferencing notification by electronic mail (e-mail) to a conferencing notification recipient terminal 20 and a conference information management server 30, which performs reservation registration for a conference room, based on the conferencing notification mail, registers information included in the conferencing notification, receives attendance reply mail from the conferencing notification recipient terminal 20, and registers the attendance information on each conference participants. The conference organizer terminal 10 and the conferencing notification recipient terminal 20 search accumulated and transmitted E-mail regularly, identify whether a predetermined word related to the conferencing is included in the title of the mail, identify whether or not the mail is a reply mail when the word is included, identify whether an attendance field is marked to indicate attendance when the mail is the reply mail, and register a conference schedule included in the mail with a schedule storage part 14 when the mail is not a reply mail and when the attendance is indicated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
