<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact IC card reader device that facilitates the input operation of password information. <P>SOLUTION: The noncontact IC card reader device comprises an operating means 1 for inputting operation input information A, a temporary storage means 3 for temporarily storing the operation input information A, and an IC card I/F means 5 over which an IC card 6 is held. The IC card I/F means 5 include a means for storing known information corresponding to unique information D, a means for activating the IC card 6 to read the unique information D when the IC card 6 is held up, a means for matching the unique information D with the known information, a means for sending the operation input information A in the temporary storing means 3 to the IC card 6 if the unique information matching result is OK, and a means for receiving a password information matching result from the IC card 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
