<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dissolved oxygen removing module by which the deterioration of an ion exchange resin can be prevented and the exchange frequency of the ion exchange resin for the purpose of sustaining electrical conductivity can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: In a circulation path water of a storage tank 11 circulates through circulation piping 15 by a pump 12 to the dissolved oxygen removing module 8, an ion exchange resin column 10, a cooler 13, and a laser oscillator 14. A cation exchange resin and an anion exchange resin are packed into the ion exchange resin column 10. As a result, with the circulation water of the circulation path as ion exchange water, the dissolved oxygen removing module 8 immerses wire-shaped, granular or scaly copper or copper alloy materials into the circulation water and holds them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
