PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize calling of only specific slave stations A, B by a control station 1 to make information communication and tripartite communication with these slave stations. SOLUTION: A radio carrier frame is divided into at least six slots as a system of performing digital radio communication by TDMA-TDD system. The six slots are assigned to a slot (ST#0) for transmitting control signal to the slave stations by the control station 1, a slot (ST#1) for transmitting user data to the first slave station A by the control station 1 or the second slave station B, a slot (ST#2) for transmitting the user data to the control station 1 by the first slave station A, a slot (ST#3) for transmitting the control data to the control station 1 by the first slave station A or the second slave station B, a slot (ST#4) for transmitting the user data to the second slave station B by the control station 1 or the first slave station A, and a slot (ST#5) for transmitting the user data to the control station 1 by the second slave station B.
