PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine composition for treatment and diagnosis that has low kidney accumulation, is safe, has high precision and is obtained by using a metal. SOLUTION: The carrier substance represented by formula (I) (R is a chelator residue; X is a phenyl group or a naphthyl group containing one or more free carboxy groups or amino groups; Y is a group selected from Thr-OH, Thr-NH2and Trp-NH2; A is Phe or Tyr; B is Thr or Val) is used for delivering a metal for diagnosis and/or treatment to a target cell expressing a somatostatin-bonding receptor.
