PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type cosmetic for eyelashes excellent in such cosmetological effect as to create looks of three-dimensional feeling around one's eyes while neatly adhering to each of eyelashes with natural feeling and in the effect's sustainability, also good in usability in applying to the eyelashes and in terms of makeup removal. SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type cosmetic for eyelashes comprises (A) a liposoluble sucrose fatty acid ester, (B) a volatile oil, (C) a liposoluble resin and (D) a vinylpyrrolidone-styrene copolymer emulsion.
