PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory having a decorative effect and having improved tastefulness by simplifying the structure and making an outer ring rotatable by combining the outer ring and an inner ring to follow the diversification of personal tastes. SOLUTION: The outer ring 1 is made circumferentially rotatable by providing openwork portions in the outer ring 1, forming an annular groove 2 circumferentially continuous on the inside periphery of the outer ring 1 formed into a ring, and arranging and assembling the inner ring 3 which is made narrower than the annular groove 2, into the annular ring 2.
