A wireless communication terminal having a self-charging function is provided to charge a battery through self-charging without the necessity of a power source by charging the battery by using the induced electromotive force generated while speaker-receiver coils are rotated by external force. A wireless communication terminal having a self-charging function comprises an induced electromotive force generation part(11), a switch(12), an AC/DC conversion part(13), a charging part(14), and an MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(15). The induced electromotive force generation part(11) generates induced electromotive force to charge a battery by rotating speaker-receiver coils. The switch(12) connects the induced electromotive force generation part(11) with the AC/DC conversion part(13) according to the control of the MSM(15). The AC/DC conversion part(13), connected with the induced electromotive force generation part(11) according to the control of the MSM(15), converts AC induced electromotive force, generated from the induced electromotive force generation part(11), into DC induced electromotive force. The charging part(14) charges the battery using the converted DC induced electromotive force. The control part(15) controls the switch(12) to connect the induced electromotive force generation part(11) with the AC/DC conversion part(13) in case that there is no voice/sound signal to be outputted through the induced electromotive force generation part(11).
