A device for filtering exhaust gas for a vehicle installed to the end of an exhaust pipe is provided to easily apply the device to the end of the exhaust pipe of the vehicle by simplified structure, to secure economic efficiency by enabling replacement of a filter, and to enable effective filtration of particulate materials in exhaust gas. A device for filtering exhaust gas for a vehicle installed to the end of an exhaust pipe(2) comprises a casing of a hollow type(100) mounted to the end of the exhaust pipe of the vehicle, in a state of having both ends open; a filter member(200) of a hollow type inserted in the casing in a state of maintaining a gap with the inside of the casing; an inner frame(300) inserted in the filter member in a close contact state; an outer frame(400) inserted in the casing. The circumference of the filter member is provided as a circumferential filter part for filtering exhaust gas. The periphery of the inner frame is formed in a net shape enabling passage of exhaust gas, and a partition(302) for inducing exhaust gas exhausted from the exhaust pipe to pass through the filter member to the outside of the filter member is formed to the middle part of the longitudinal direction of the inner frame. The periphery of the outer frame is formed in a hollow net shape enabling passage of exhaust gas. The outer frame protects and maintains the exterior of the filter member while the filter member to which the inner frame is previously assembled is inserted from the front in a close contact state. Exhaust gas exhausted from the exhaust gas pipe is primarily filtered while passing through the circumferential filter part of the filter member to the radial outside, in the front of the partition, and then the exhaust gas is secondarily filtered and exhausted while passing through the circumferential filter part to the radial inside, in the rear of the partition.
