A device for locking a battery pack of a mobile terminal is provided to easily attach/detach a battery pack, provide neat outer appearance by not exposing an engagement unit, and effectively use a space. An insertion recess(12) is formed to be inwardly collapsed at an upper side wall(11) of a rear surface of a main body(10). A hinge knob(20) having protrusion pieces at its front and upper sides is rotatably provided in the insertion recess(12). The hinge knob(20) includes a hollow cylindrical body, a rotational cam and a sleeve which are inserted together with a spring into the body, and a fixing cam whose one end portion is coupled with the sleeve and head portion is exposed outside the body.
