A caster adjusting device of a vehicle is provided to reduce inclination of the vehicle in traveling on the slope by adjusting the caster angle with a caster adjusting switch installed in a driver's seat. A caster adjusting device of a vehicle comprises lower arms(12a,12b) combined with wheels, first and second caster adjusting rods(14a~14d) moving the lower arms back and forth, hydraulic cylinders(16a,16b) installed between the first and second caster adjusting rods to move the first and second caster adjusting rods back and forth, hydraulic pumps(18a,18b) supplying hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic cylinders, sensors(22a,22b) measuring the moving distance of the caster adjusting rod, a caster control unit(24) controlling operation of the hydraulic pump according to the control signal from operation of a driver, adjusting the caster corresponding to the control signal and calculating the caster change by receiving the moving distance from the sensor, a caster change display unit(28) displaying the caster change from the caster control unit, and a caster adjusting switch unit(26) converting and transmitting the caster from operation of the driver into the control signal to the caster control unit.
