A noise reduction method of an exhaust gas radiation plate is provided to reduce radiated noise produced from the exhaust gas radiation plate by detecting a part where largest vibration is produced and artificially removing the part. A noise reduction method of an exhaust gas radiation plate(10) comprises a step of installing the exhaust gas radiation plate to an intake manifold of an engine and then measuring the degree of radiated noise produced from the exhaust gas radiation plate in a state of operating the engine in a wide open throttle state till reaching the highest speed; a step of indicating the degree of a vibration level for each part of the surface of the exhaust gas radiation plate by frequency bands for the radiated noise measured in the former step and drawing up a contour map of vibration; and a step of selecting a part affects production of radiated noise most, in the whole parts of the exhaust radiation plate from the contour map of vibration, and then removing the selected part.
