Measuring device for a vibrating component using a piezoelectric sensor with improved temperature stability for use in inertial sensors, gyrometers and gyroscopes

A device for the mechanical measure of a vibrating component contains a piezoelectric sensor made of perovskite (PZT) ceramic which is interlocked with the vibrating component and which is included in an electronic circuit for measuring the signal delivered by the piezoelectric sensor. The PZT ceramic is doped with fluorine and the electronic measuring circuit is a circuit (1) with a high inlet impedance. An independent claim is also included for a gyrometer incorporating this measuring device.
