The pump has a removable drift (400) against which a flexible tube is flattened by rollers and having an intermediate portion (401) with a cylindrical lower side (405). Lateral arms have guiding units sliding on upstream and downstream paths of a case. The paths have tracings to constrain movements of lateral arms to deform the portion such that radius of the lower side is modified while sides axis coincides with main axis.
