PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminate easily with high productivity, and to provide a method of collecting the same. SOLUTION: A laminate is such that a layer A to be treated, an organic protection layer B, and a heat-resistant organic layer C are laminated in this order. After the exposed surface of the layer A of the laminate is applied with treatment to turn the layer A into a layer A', a laminate composed of layers A', B, and C is dipped in an alkali solution whose pH value is 8-14, impregnating the heat-resistant organic layer C with the alkali solution, to separate interfaces of the layers B and C, resulting in obtaining a laminate composed of the layers A' and B.
