<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure of an intrusion preventive device in a ventilator, easy in maintenance of the intrusion preventive device, installable in a general poly vinyl chloride pipe, and installable in an existing ventilation pipe. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of metallic clips 30 are fixed to a projecting part 2c of the ventilation pipe 2. The clips 30 have a sandwiching part 31 for sandwiching the projecting part 2c in the thickness direction Y of the ventilation pipe 2 for fixing the clips 30 to the projecting part 2c, and a connecting piece part 32 projecting inward to the ventilation pipe 2.
