<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem in a conventional method that a stable supply balance is not secured since the water is pumped in order from power plants large of pumpable time, with only the pumpable time as a parameter, as to the amount of pumping in a pumping-type power plant, and that the surplus additional burning of a thermal generator occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of factors including the peak equivalent time on the next day in every power plant are set, and comprehensive ranking for every power plant is computed by giving each factor a coefficient in consideration of significance. One pumping machine is assigned to the power plant in the first place of the comprehensive ranking. Except for the assigned pumping machine in the first place, the first place in the comprehensive ranking is computed again, and hereinafter the first place is computed one by one to make a pumping plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
