PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braid forming a loop-shaped part without requiring a joining tool, etc., and having a sufficient tensile strength. SOLUTION: This braid is constituted by a set of 3 string materials having substantially the same length. The braid is equipped with a ring state braided part 16 formed by performing a braiding from a middle initiating position of the set of 3 strings to a middle ending position and formed by joining the middle initiating position with the middle ending position, a trunk braided part 18 formed by braiding one end side position extending from the middle initiating position of the set of 3 string materials and an another end side position extending from the middle ending position to the other end side position and a loosening-preventing tool 26 attached to the tip end part of the trunk braided part. In the braid, since the ring state braided part 16 and the trunk braided part 18 are formed continuously by braiding, it can be joined with a sufficient strength without requiring the joining tool, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
