PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape which is hard to be broken in case of removing the tape from an adherend and does not break between layers of nonwoven fabrics, has a good removability and does not leave behind its adhesive on the adherend and is easily removable even when separating a pair of hard and soft materials stuck together using the tape. SOLUTION: The removable pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape has adhesive layers on both sides of a nonwoven fabric as a base material and whose (i) yield point strength of machine direction and cross direction is 20-40 N/20 mm, (ii) elongation at a yield point is not more than 10% and (iii) strength at a break point is larger than that at a yield point.
