PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically protect a clutch not in a connected state among a plurality of clutches that are in a connected state when a pretreatment body and a ridge leveling body are moved to an advance operation position or a retreat operation position. SOLUTION: A main frame 7 is connected through link bodies 11, 11a and 12 to a rear frame 13 for supporting the pretreatment body 8 and the ridge leveling body 9 so as to horizontally move the pretreatment body and the ridge leveling body. The pretreatment body 8 and the ridge leveling body 9 together with the rear frame 14 are rotatably supported in the horizontal direction through a rotation fulcrum 14. The clutches 19, 22 and 23 to be in a connected state when the pretreatment body 8 and the ridge leveling body 9 are rotated to the advance operation position or the retreat operation position are installed between the main frame 7 and the rear frame 13. A clutch cover 32 for protecting the clutch not in a connected state is movably arranged in the vicinity of the connection part between the link bodies 11, 11a and 12 and the rear frame 13.
