<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low noise power generating device improving power generation output and efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This power generating device is provided with an engine, a generator driven by the engine, a control panel controlling the engine and the generator, a radiator radiating heat of cooling water of the engine, a casing housing the engine, the control panel, the radiator and the generator therein, an intake duct introducing cooling air to the casing, a cooling fan discharging cooling air from the casing, and an exhaust duct discharging cooling air discharged from the cooling fan. Since the intake duct has a structure rotating around a fulcrum, cooling air passes a straight ventilation duct , consequently, pressure loss of cooling air is reduced and the cooling fan can be miniaturized or be rotated at lower speed.
