PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve welding strength by elongating a length of a welding face without particularly changing shapes of a mounting eye and a hydraulic shock absorber, restricted on the basis of the relationship with the other member. SOLUTION: In this mounting part of the hydraulic shock absorber comprising the annular mounting eye 5 formed by joining end parts of plate materials by rolling, an annular inner cylinder 6 mounted inside of the mounting eye, and a bush 7 fitted therebetween, and formed by welding and fixing a joint part of the mounting eye to a lower end part of a hydraulic shock absorber main body or a tip end part of a piston rod, the mounting eye is provided with ship-lap parts faced to the directions opposite to each other, at its both end parts in a state of a plate material, and a circumferential joint part formed in the circumferential direction or the approximately circumferential direction of the mounting eye when each ship-lap part is joined, is welded and fixed to the tip end part of the piston rod.
