MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ARYLAMINE DERIVATIVE AND METHANOL DERIVATIVE USED FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an arylamine derivative having a plurality of different arylamine skeletons that is capable of easily manufacturing a plurality of different arylamine skeletons, of easily controlling the structure and of easily controlling the molecular weight and that is capable of manufacturing the highly purified compound in a high yield, and to provide a methanol derivative having an arylamine skeleton useful for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the arylamine derivative having a plurality of the arylamine skeletons represented by general formula (II) comprises causing the methanol derivative represented by general formula (I) to react with the aromatic amine. The methanol derivative having the arylamine skeleton is represented by formula (I)(in formula (I) and formula (II), X denotes a group comprising at least one arylamine skeleton, Ar1denotes an arylene group, a methylene group and an amino group may have a substituent, and (a) denotes an integer of a number of the aromatic rings or less included in X).
