PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a hydraulic pressure transfer film having a method for activation which makes a uniform activation of a transfer layer possible. SOLUTION: A method for hydraulic transfer of a hydraulic transfer film having a substrate film comprising a water-soluble or water-swelling resin and a hydrophobic transfer layer provided on the substrate film and soluble in an organic solvent and having a curable resin layer curable by at least one of irradiation of active energy rays and heating, is provided. In the manufacturing method for the hydraulic transfer body, a process for activating the transfer layer is a process wherein the transfer layer is activated by using a pressurizing liquid of the organic solvent with a pressure applied on the transfer layer of 2-20 Pa.
