PURPOSE: A system for automating mixing management through color difference/material quality analysis using a scanner is provided to contribute for cost reduction of an enterprise through reduction of a material expense and enhance competitiveness of the enterprise through enhancement of customer's reliability by reducing continuous bad through color/mixing analysis based on data. CONSTITUTION: A mixing management system(100) comprises computer peripherals. A mixer(101) makes a raw paste by automatically supplying/mixing materials such as chemicals, pigments, and plasticizers. An interface I/O(Input/Output) board(102) connects signal interchanged between controllers of the mixing management system and the mixer. |
