PURPOSE: An air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to ordinarily supply air into a room of a vehicle regardless of a mode and to reduce a difference in blowoff force between air supplied through a center vent diffuser and air supplied through side vent diffusers, thereby improving performance of air conditioning. CONSTITUTION: A case(120) has a plurality of air flow paths inside, has a defrost diffuser(131), a floor diffuser(133), and a vent diffuser(132) formed of a center vent diffuser(132a) and side vent diffusers(132b) arranged at both sides of the center vent diffuser, wherein the diffusers are communicated with the flow paths. A vent door(144) is rotatively installed at the case over an inlet of the vent diffuser to open and shut the inlet of the vent diffuser and has discharge apertures formed corresponding to the side vent diffusers for flowing air in. Blocking blocks(161) are formed at the case corresponding to the discharge apertures to block air from being flowed into the discharge apertures in an air conditioning mode that the vent door opens the inlet of the vent diffuser.
