PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind shake fixing apparatus for a base isolation system with a weight having sufficient shake sensing performance and automatically resetting into the original attitude after the end of shaking. SOLUTION: This wind shake fixing apparatus 1 for the base isolation system is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 2 connecting an installed object 50 to a foundation 51; a hydraulic valve 8 having a first operating position for locking the hydraulic cylinder to prevent the shake of the installed object by the wind or the like, and a second operating position for making the hydraulic cylinder extensible to allow the operation of the base isolation system, and energized in the second operating position; and an earthquake sensing part 9 sensing the shake of an earthquake or the like to change the hydraulic valve from the first operating position to the second operating position. The earthquake sensing part has a stopper 22 engaged with the hydraulic valve to restrain the hydraulic valve in the first operating position against energization, and the weight 20 driving the stopper by the inclined rotation caused by the earthquake shake, to release the engagement with the hydraulic valve.
