PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to miniaturization and price reduction of an audio apparatus using an audio amplifier adaptive to five channels by forming the audio amplifier adaptive to five channels into an IC without a crosstalk between left and right channels. SOLUTION: An amplification stage 2 for receiving and amplifying an audio signal and output stages 4FL, 4RL, 4FR, 4RR, 4C adaptive to five channels are provided within one IC chip 1. The output stage 4C for center one channel is provided on a side opposite to the side of the amplification stage 2 to receive the input signal, the output stages 4FL, 4RL for left two channels are provided on the left or right side of an area wherein the output stage 4C and the amplification stage 2 are provided, and the output stages 4FR, 4RR for right two channels are provided on the other side.
